Camp Activities
From the 40-foot ropes course to canoeing the Little Manatee River — here's everything your camper gets to try.
Every Day Is a New Adventure
Spread across 204 acres along the Little Manatee River, Camp Osprey packs every day with land and water adventures grouped by age and comfort level. Whether your camper is a first-timer or a returning camp legend, there's something here that will stretch them just enough — with caring counselors and a nurse-founded approach to safety behind every activity.
Activities run morning and afternoon, with evening programs after dinner. Cabins and activity groups are organized by age so every camper plays alongside kids their own age. Pressure-free options sit right next to the big-thrill challenges, so nobody ever has to do more than they're ready for. Curious about pricing? Conquer the High Stuff
Our professionally certified challenge course is where shy campers become champions — harnessed, supervised, and cheered on every step of the way.

40-Foot Ropes Course
Climb, balance, and conquer your fears 40 feet in the air on our professionally certified challenge course — every camper is harnessed and spotted the whole way up.

Zipline
Clip in and soar through the treetops on our zipline — arguably the best view at camp, and a rush campers talk about for weeks.

Giant Rope Swing
Get hoisted up, then let go — swinging out over camp on our tri-level challenge course. Screams of pure joy guaranteed.

Free Fall
Step off the platform and take the leap — a controlled, harnessed free fall that turns "I can't" into "I DID IT!" in about three seconds.

Horseback Riding
Saddle up and ride our gentle horses through beautiful wooded trails. Total first-timers welcome — campers learn the basics before they head out.
Scavenger Hunts
Team up and explore every corner of our 204 acres on exciting scavenger hunts — equal parts teamwork, strategy, and laughter.
Splash, Paddle & Soak It Up
Lake Dot and the Little Manatee River are the heart of camp. Every swim is watched over by Red Cross-certified lifeguards, so cooling off is as safe as it is fun.

The Blob
One camper jumps, another launches sky-high off the giant inflatable and splashes down into Lake Dot. The ultimate water thrill — and a camp favorite.

Water Slide & Lake Swim
Race down the water slide and cool off with a swim in Lake Dot, all under the watch of our Red Cross-certified lifeguards. A perfect first-day favorite.

Canoeing the Little Manatee River
Grab a paddle and glide down the scenic Little Manatee River, surrounded by Florida's natural beauty. Calm, hands-on, and great for building confidence on the water.
Tubing
Grab a tube and float lazily — or race your cabin mates — down the river under the warm Florida sun.
Fishing
Cast a line into peaceful Lake Dot and learn the patience — and the thrill — of reeling in a big catch. A laid-back favorite for quieter campers.
Aim, Bounce & Battle It Out
Friendly competition, big laughs, and skills campers can be proud of — with beginner-friendly options so younger campers can jump right in.
Archery
Channel your inner Robin Hood! Campers learn proper technique and form before taking aim at the bullseye — a satisfying skill for all ages.
Paintball
Gear up for epic team battles on the field! Beginner-friendly options keep things fun and fair for younger campers.

Knocker Ball & Dodgeball
Climb inside a giant inflatable bubble and bump, bounce, and roll your way through the game — plus classic dodgeball showdowns when the bubbles come off.
Make Something to Take Home
Not every adventure happens 40 feet in the air. These hands-on activities let campers slow down, get creative, and build something they're proud of.
Arts & Crafts
Get creative at the Craft Shack with friendship bracelets, paintings, and more — the keepsakes campers proudly hand to mom and dad at pickup.
Evening Magic
When the sun sets over Lake Dot, the fun keeps going. Evening programs are where the biggest memories — and the deepest friendships — are made.
Campfires & Bonfires
S'mores, songs, stories, and stargazing at The Coliseum — the classic camp moment campers remember most.
Movie Nights
Popcorn and movies with your cabin mates — the perfect way to wind down after a big day of adventure.
Dance Nights
Hit the Lodge with its stage, disco ball, and booming sound system for a camp dance nobody wants to miss. (Pack one nice outfit!)
Every day is different. Every day is amazing.
